Looks good Security good, food and beverage good, players cards representative fast same as cashiers But Dealers are rude feels like they don’t like tips (I guess they make good money) why they don’t have some Customer Service course they really need whit the re supervisor That the last time I ever went to that casino When you give dealers tips are not happy, rude Dealers talk to supervisors other than English language I played for 4 hours not thanks no please, procedures broken, pass chips hand to hands, throw chips in tray, no clear hands, turn around away from the table, talk to others dealers (cross) tables, I wonder where are the surveillance and supervisors.
